Whistle-Blower Policy
If a HAI Global employee becomes aware of any activity or policy that is believed to be unlawful, the matter should be brought to the attention of the Executive Director as soon as reasonably possible (or to another authorized member of the Management Team) so that HAI can investigate the matter and, if warranted, take corrective action.
In accordance with federal and state law, HAI Global prohibits any form of retaliation against any employee who in good-faith reports a concern of discriminatory, harassing or other unlawful activity or policy, or who participates in a complaint, investigation or hearing related to such activity or policy.
