To invite more love into your life is to say "yes" to a journey of unfolding.
Inviting more love into your life opens a world of possibility and deep transformation. We are honored to accompany you on this powerful journey of transformation at all levels—physical, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual. This work can bring immense joy and freedom to your life, and it can also ask of you to address and heal old wounds and beliefs that no longer serve you.
At HAI, we take our commitment to walking with you on this journey seriously. Our workshop facilitators have years of training and expertise in holding a safe space for everyone to work at their own pace. While we encourage everyone to explore their edges, we honor choice and dignity above all else.
You are the author of your life.
We’re here to support the new story you want to write . . . and the life that’s been waiting for you all along.
What if we really believed that Love was enough?
How would our world be different?
How would we be different?
At HAI, love isn’t something you find, but something that you are.
By experiencing love, offering love, receiving love—the obstacles keeping us from being love dissolve and fall away. Most of us grew up thinking we needed to “do” something in order to earn love. At HAI, we hold these beliefs up to the light, exposing this false story for what it is—a narrative that keeps so many of us imprisoned in our own sense of lack and unworthiness.
Our commitment to you is to reflect the love we see in you—the love that you already are. As you learn to love and accept yourself, you will naturally see love in others and the world around you. Separation is seen as the illusion it is—and when you see yourself in others, barriers naturally fall away.
If I let you see who I really am, will you still love me?
Isn’t this the fear we all secretly hold in our hearts? That if I reveal myself to you and the world, I run the risk of not being loved. We make up that it’s better to be safe and unseen, rather than seen and possibly rejected.
The price we pay for erecting this façade is steep—some would say it costs us our lives. At HAI, we gently and lovingly ask that you let the mask drop for a bit, and let us see you.
Let you see you.
The world will soon follow.
Sexuality is one of the deepest, most vulnerable, most connecting aspects of being human. In our culture, this deep, vulnerable, intimate part of ourselves is often assaulted, belittled, and shamed. This robs us of our sense of safety and healthy body image, as well as our willingness to be truly intimate. It can make healthy sexuality seem like a distant dream, rather than an accessible, innate, and beautiful feature of a rich life.
Healing one’s body image and sexuality are key components of opening up a tremendous inner strength, self love, and acceptance of healthy sexuality in others. It also connects us to a deep source of vulnerability and compassion, which allows us to be safer with others, and much less likely to trample someone else’s boundaries or shame them. So this healing becomes a stepping stone to a more conscious, sane and empowered culture.
HAI addresses Love, Intimacy and Sexuality to empower everyone to find their voices, and to shed the shame and shackles that have held them back. Walk confidently in the world, free to be yourself, and to connect meaningfully and shamelessly with others.
We are one.
Our world can seem increasingly isolating, lonely and fragmented. We feel the manic pace and velocity of activity around us, behaviors that are rewarded in our society, but that often rob us of the opportunity to take the time to really see and enjoy the person right next to us. It may be a perfect stranger, or our closest family member.
What would it be like to say to another . . . “I want to know you. Really know you.” And what would it be like to hear that?
We long to belong. We want to feel as though we matter. We want to reveal ourselves and trust that others will see us for who we really are. This is what it means to be human, and what it means to be in community at HAI—a place where you will be seen as whole, honored for your courage and dignity, and celebrated for the unique and brilliant human being that you are.
