Openhearted is a guided workshop to help you learn the skills that will bring you closer to yourself and others so that you can experience the difference of a life lived in love.

An Openhearted: A Guided Experience in Vulnerability & Connection 2.5-hour online workshop gives you the opportunity to experience the work and philosophies of HAI Global (HAI) before deciding whether you would like to register for our in-person Connecting in Love residential weekend workshop or one of our online programs: Authentic Communication Training, Love Your Body, Love Your Sex, or Loving Me, Loving You.
Our Openhearted workshops use Zoom to create our own version of what we affectionately refer to as the “Room of Love.” HAI Leaders are masters at quickly creating a beautifully intimate and safe space for deep sharing and valuable learning. The group will be led through a series of gentle exercises designed to open your heart and bring you into connection with others.
You will be introduced to some of the foundational concepts that we cover more in-depth in our workshops and programs.
