HAI Global Cancellation and Transfer Policy
SPACE is the organization that operates HAI in Australia. SPACE reserves the right to cancel any workshop if insufficient numbers of enrolments are received. In such a case, SPACE will refund 100% of the workshop fee. Customer cancellations within 14 days of the workshop date qualify for a 90% refund, cancellations within 72 hours before the workshop start qualify for a 80% refund. Customer cancellations prior to 14 days will qualify for a full refund.
Participation Conditions: If you need to cancel up to 4 weeks prior to the workshop, we will charge 15% handling fee. If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the workshop, the full amount will be charged. But if you find someone to take your place, there is no handling fee for changing the booking to the new name. If you need to leave during the weekend itself, we will not be able to make any refund whatsoever.
Cancellations only apply from Level 2 upward because we are using the donation based model for Level 1.
Deposits are £75 min.
We do not charge for transfers.
Each situation is handled on a case by case basis.
Northern and Southern California
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ONE-DAY EVENTS
For a one-day workshop or shorter event such as a party that has a fee, your payment is due in full at the time you register. You may transfer or cancel with no fees up to the cancellation deadline, which is 24 hours before the event begins. For events that begin on a Sunday, the cancellation deadline is the end of the business day the Friday before the event. Once the cancellation deadline has passed, your event fee is no longer transferable or refundable. Tickets are transferable to other people upon notice to the HAI office of who the recipients are, with their contact information.
CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY FOR WEEKEND OR LONGER EVENTS
Once you are confirmed in a workshop, your deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel or transfer, the fee is $100.
Less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the workshop, if you cancel or transfer, the fee is $200.
Once the workshop begins, all payments are non-refundable.
To cancel or transfer your registration you need to contact the HAI office prior to the start of the workshop.
If you sign up for a workshop while attending a workshop, you have one week to change the date without incurring any fees.
If a credit balance remains after fees and deposit are deducted, a request for a refund must be made within 60 days of cancelling or transferring.
If no refund is requested within 60 days, you have 1 year to use the credit by attending a HAI workshop or a HAI event.
After 1 year, all payments and/or credits expire and are non-refundable.
If the next offering of the same workshop you are cancelling or transferring is over 1 year away, your credit will be extended to that date.
East Coast US
Should you need to cancel your registration, contact the HAI East Coast Office (617-312-5692) as soon as possible. If you cancel 21 days or more prior to the workshop, an administrative fee of $75 will be assessed, and we will move your $175 non-refundable deposit to another weekend workshop within the next twelve months. If you cancel 8-20 days before the workshop date, an administrative fee of $100 will be assessed. If you cancel 0-7 days before the workshop, payment is due in full.
Midwest US and Ontario Canada
1 WEEK OR MORE prior to your workshop the Administration FEE IS $50
LESS THAN WEEK prior to your workshop YOUR DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED
After the workshop begins all monies paid are nonrefundable/nontransferable
Your deposit is nonrefundable but is transferable if your transfer request is received at least 1 week prior to the workshop (good for one year)
For a one-day workshop, you may transfer or cancel up to 24 hours before the event begins with no fees. Starting 24 hours before the event is scheduled to begin, your workshop fee is no longer transferable or refundable.
