HAI’s “Share the Love” Program
This program offers a $50 incentive for participants and team to refer people to HAI workshops.
Program Details
For each referred person, the referrer will receive $50 in stackable credit towards a future weekend long workshop. Example: if someone refers three people and they register after May 1, 2024, they receive $150 credit toward a workshop.
Terms & Conditions
- HAI participants and team only (defined as anyone who has completed a weekend-long online or in-person workshop, including ACT) are eligible to earn credits.
- Referral Incentive credits are only granted for referrals of 1st time HAI weekend participants to workshops with no prerequisites. Currently that includes:
- Connecting in Love (Level 1);
- Love Your Body, Love Your Sex;
- Loving Me, Loving You;
- Relationship workshops with no prerequisite (eg Igniting Intimacy, or Heart to Heart or Velvet & Vibe);
- Authentic Communication Training (ACT)
- Referrals will only be recognized if mentioned during the sign-up process of putting down a deposit. Retroactive claims will not be accepted. If the registration does not mention the referrer, no credit will be given.
- Credit is awarded only after the referred person attends the workshop.
- Each credit is valid for 24 months after the end of the referees workshop.
- Credit may not be used as a deposit towards a workshop, except for as Team.
- Credit may only be used towards HAI weekend-long or online workshops, including ACT in North America.
- Credit can be used towards team registration or attending Team Workshop.
- Each credit may only be designated to one person and cannot be split.
- Credit is not transferable between people.
- Credit usage is limited to a total of 10 referral credits per person per workshop.
- To use credits, you must have registered for the workshop before credit expiration. The credit can be used for workshops which begin after the credit expires.
- Credits cannot be used for fees, housing or food upgrades.
- HAI Board members, paid staff, and facilitators are not able to participate in the referral program.
- Referral credit is only towards workshop costs and can not be paid out in cash or any other form.
- Total reduction of price by credits, scholarships or any other discount cannot exceed $500. Credits must be applied before scholarships.
- Referral discounts must be used before other discounts/scholarships are applied for a maximum of $500 total.
- Credits must be used in the same amounts they were earned. If you earn a $50 credit, it has to be spent as a single unit. You can spend multiple credits on the same registration.
- Referrer credit is not granted for registrations created through an affiliate.
- Credits cannot be donated to HAI for a tax writeoff.
- Credit only is earned for registrations created after May 1, 2024.
- Program is subject to termination at any time; existing earned credits will not be affected with program termination but will expire as noted above.
