Would you like to go deeper into HAI by helping to staff the workshops as a HAI team member, what we call an Assistant? As you have experienced, HAI Global team members hold themselves and each other to very high standards of behavior and service.
Acceptance as an Assistant entails both recognition and responsibility within the community. Assisting is a conscious decision to step up to another skill set and to experience mentored leadership training. Interns and Assistants are essential to each and every workshop, and are the “heartbeat” of each regional community.
The path from participating at HAI Workshops to being on team usually includes successfully completion of an Assistant Training event, mastering Active Listening, as well as experiences of provisionally being on team. Each of the home regions administer their own Team training programs, and these programs vary somewhat from region to region.
HAI participants who meet the prerequisites are welcome to enroll in our trainings without any intention to be on team, either as a means to “sample” our training, and/or to learn valuable life skills.
